Universal accessibility

We firmly believe that music and culture should be enjoyed by everyone on equal terms. That's why we work closely with the Music For All Foundation, a leading entity in the accessibility of musical events, to audit and implement inclusive measures in our festivals:

Accessible infrastructure: We design routes without architectural barriers, elevated platforms with guaranteed visibility to stages for people with reduced mobility (PRM) and adapted bathrooms in all main areas of the venue.

Personalized attention and services: We have height-adapted bars, priority access routes and trained assistance staff to accompany attendees who require it.

Sensory and inclusive experience: We incorporate accessible signage and work on the integration of hearing loops, vibrating backpacks and cognitive and prior informational accessibility measures to guarantee a fully immersive and autonomous experience.

Diversity

Color, extravagance and the freedom to be yourself are the soul of elrow. We go a step further in making LGBTIQ+ culture visible through diversity initiatives such as the creation of the Pink Cathedral, the first elrow stage designed, curated and led entirely by LGBTIQ+ collectives and artists.

The Pink Cathedral is a sanctuary of hedonism, diversity and freedom of expression that has already brought its message of love and tolerance from London and Amsterdam to Madrid, establishing itself as a space for celebrating diversity and inclusion within electronic music.

EQUALITY

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against any type of gender-based violence, aggression, sexual harassment or LGBTIphobic conduct. We want the dance floor to be, above all, a safe space of mutual care.

For this reason we install the Purple Point in our festivals, a clearly identifiable physical space within the venue, dedicated to information, awareness, prevention and direct care for anyone who feels uncomfortable or suffers any situation of violence or discrimination.

Additionally, all festival staff—from production and bar staff to security teams—receive specific training on our action protocols and prevention of sexual and discriminatory violence, guaranteeing a quick, empathetic, professional and confidential response at all times.
