Applicable Terms to the Festival and Tickets Sales

Date/Schedule: Saturday 29 November 2025, from 14:00 p.m. to 01:00 a.m. on Sunday 30 November – last entry at 00:00 a.m.

Authorised Sales Channels:
- Ticketing platforms: they will be announced on the Web as the organization of the Festival progresses.
*The Authorised Sales Channels are operated by third parties, and therefore the sales process is governed by their terms and conditions.
**The purchase of a Ticket through an Authorised Sales Channel is subject to a Handling Fee which must be paid at the time of purchasing your Ticket.
***The purchased Ticket will only be available for download 24 hours before the Festival date. For incidents with your tickets you may refer to the contact sections provided by the Authorized Sales Channels, which will be announced on the Web.
****If you buy several tickets, you will be able to assign each ticket to its user free of charge during the ticket purchase process. Once purchased, any assignment or transfer of the tickets may entail a management cost which, if applicable, will be announced on the Web as the organization of the Festival progresses.
Additionally, the Organiser may authorize the sale of Ticket + accommodation packs through certain platforms, which will be announces on the Web as the organization of the Festival progresses. These sales will be made directly by the platform itself, although the acquisition, possession and use of the Ticket is subject to these General Terms and Conditions of the Festival.
Means of payment accepted at the Venue:
IT IS A CASHLESS FESTIVAL. THE ONLY MEANS OF PAYMENT FOR YOUR CONSUMPTIONS AND OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES AND WITHIN THE FACILITY IS THE CASHLESS SYSTEM (payment system by wristband).
Exceptionally, you will be able to use:
- At the Cashless recharge points of your Cashless wristband: card and cash (minimum recharge and top up amounts will be announced as the organization of the Festival progresses).
- At the Merchandising Points of sale: card (in addition to the cashless system).
- Lockers (if any): see the information that will be made available on the Web.
Cashless (wristband payment system):
- Cashless service provider: it will be announced on the Web as the organization of the Festival progresses.
- Pre-charges (before the Festival): you can pre-charge online during the Ticket purchase process and, once purchased, through the channels provided by the ticketing platform. In addition, after receiving your QR code, you can top up online by following the instructions provided by the Organising Entity. If you pre-charge your Wristband, when you exchange your Ticket for access to the Festival, you will receive your Wristband with the pre-loaded balance.
- During the Festival: at the Recharge Points located inside the Venue.
- Cost: the use of the Cashless system does not involve any cost for the Attendee. Recovering any unused balance from your wristband after the Festival may incur a fee, which, if applicable, will be announced on the Web as the organization of the Festival progresses.
Reusable cup policy:
As part of our commitment to sustainability and the environment, the Festival has implemented a reusable cup policy. When the Attendee ask for his/her first drink, he/she must buy a reusable cup. The price of the cup will be announced on the Web as the organization of the Festival progresses (the cup must be kept for the whole duration of the Festival). If lost, a new one must be purchased.
The reusable cup is not returnable at the end of the Festival. When leaving the Festival, if you do not wish to keep the cup, you can deposit it in the recycling containers.
