All Tickets and Wristbands shall remain the property of the Organising Entity.

4.1. TICKETS

4.1.1. TICKET TYPES

The different Ticket Types for the Festival can be found on the Authorised Sales Channel.

Not all Ticket Types are put on sale at the same time, and therefore this information may vary depending on when you access the Authorised Sales Channel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Each Ticket Type determines the additional benefits to which it entitles the holder, in addition to access to the Festival itself (for example, fast-lane access to the Venue, access to VIP standing platforms, access to VIP areas, or access backstage to a stage, among others).

It is very important that you carefully read the information provided on the Website and on the Authorised Sales Channel in order to choose the Ticket Type you wish to purchase. By purchasing a Ticket, the user declares that they have read, understood and accepted all information relating to the Ticket Type purchased.

It is the user's responsibility to check age restrictions, accessibility conditions, and all other Terms and Conditions and Festival Conditions.

The Organising Entity reserves the right to modify the prices of each Ticket Type at any time. Tickets will be invoiced based on the rate in force at the time of purchase through the Authorised Sales Channel.

4.1.2. AUTHORISED SALES CHANNEL

Only Tickets purchased through the Authorised Sales Channel shall be valid.

IMPORTANT: The Organising Entity IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for Tickets purchased through any channel other than the Authorised Sales Channel (including resale outside the ticketing platform).

4.1.3. RESALE AND/OR PROMOTIONAL USE

Tickets are nominative and for personal use. Tickets may be assigned free of charge to their final user during the purchase process through the means enabled on the ticketing platform itself. Once purchased, Ticket assignments or transfers may be subject to a management fee which, where applicable, will be announced on the Website as the organisation of the Festival progresses.

Ticket resale is only permitted through the Authorised Sales Channels themselves (if this option is enabled for the Event). Any other type of resale is prohibited and may result in cancellation of the Ticket without refund or compensation and/or denial of access to the Festival to the Ticket holder/bearer or their removal from the Venue.

THE POSSESSION OF A TICKET DOES NOT ENTITLE ITS HOLDER OR THIRD PARTIES TO USE IT FOR ADVERTISING, MARKETING OR PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING COMPETITIONS, GIFTS, GIVEAWAYS OR COMBINED SALES WITH OTHER GOODS AND SERVICES), except where the Organising Entity has expressly authorised this in writing. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THIS PROVISION SHALL REQUIRE THE ADVERTISER AND/OR UNAUTHORISED USER TO PAY A PENALTY EQUIVALENT TO ONE THOUSAND PERCENT OF THE TICKET PURCHASE PRICE, without prejudice to the Organising Entity's right to claim compensation for any damages caused.

4.1.4. WITHDRAWAL, CHANGES OR REFUNDS

Once your Ticket has been purchased, no changes or refunds will be accepted, except in the cases provided for in Section “12. CANCELLATIONS”.

The purchaser of a Ticket shall not have the right to withdraw from an online purchase, as the exception provided for in Article 103.l. of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users applies.

4.1.5. FRAUDULENT TICKETS

The Organising Entity warns that it has implemented technical procedures capable of detecting duplicate or counterfeit Tickets. The Organising Entity shall have the right to deny access to the Venue to the holder of a Ticket if any anomaly is detected. Any fraudulent use of a Ticket will be pursued in accordance with applicable law.

Any Ticket sold, transferred, used or assigned in breach of these Terms and Conditions may be cancelled, and access may be denied or any person attempting to use or using such Ticket may be removed from the Venue, without any right to refund or compensation.

4.1.6. TICKET ISSUES

For any issue with your Ticket, please contact:

  • Issues relating to obtaining, downloading or assigning the Ticket to the final user (before the Festival starts): contact the Authorised Sales Channel through which you purchased your Ticket.
  • Issues once the Festival has started: additionally, you will find an issue-management point at the Venue, located next to the Festival access lanes.

4.1.7. SPECIFIC CONDITIONS APPLICABLE TO VIP TABLE TICKETS

The purchase of a VIP Table Ticket allows the Ticket purchaser and a specified number of accompanying persons to access the Event. ALL PERSONS ENTERING THE VENUE THROUGH A VIP TABLE TICKET (REGARDLESS OF WHETHER THEY ARE THE PURCHASER OR AN ACCOMPANYING PERSON) SHALL BE BOUND, AS ATTENDEES, BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The purchaser of the VIP Table Ticket is fully responsible for ensuring that any accompanying persons entering the Event are aware of these Terms and Conditions and the specific conditions applicable to the use of the VIP Table.

The Organising Entity shall be solely responsible for determining the VIP Table assigned to the purchased Ticket. The purchaser may not request changes or refunds due to the assigned VIP Table, provided that it meets the type and capacity specified at the time of purchasing the Ticket.

Access to the area where the assigned VIP Table is located shall be strictly limited to the Ticket purchaser and their accompanying persons (up to the maximum number of Attendees indicated at the time of purchase), who will be issued the corresponding Wristband upon entering the Event. Allowing unauthorised persons or persons without the corresponding Wristband to access this area shall entitle the Organising Entity to immediately remove all Attendees from the VIP Table (both the purchaser and accompanying persons), without any right to refund or reimbursement.

4.2. WRISTBANDS

4.2.1. OBTAINING THE WRISTBAND AT THE FESTIVAL ACCESS POINTS

To access the Festival Venue, you must exchange your Ticket for a Wristband at the Festival access lanes.

To do so, you must present your Ticket to the access control staff in one of the following formats:

(i) e-ticket (electronic PDF) on your mobile device: in this case, you are responsible for ensuring that your mobile device is operational and working properly and that the Ticket has been downloaded.

(ii) Printed on paper: in this case, you are responsible for keeping the Ticket in good condition and ensuring that the QR code is visible and legible by the Ticket scanning systems.

For security reasons, photos displayed on a mobile device of a Ticket previously printed on paper will not be accepted.

Modified, damaged Tickets, Tickets showing signs of forgery, or Tickets with any type of anomaly will not be accepted.

4.2.2. PLACEMENT, CARE AND USE OF THE WRISTBAND

The Wristband will NOT be handed to the Attendee but will be placed on the Attendee by the access control staff. Therefore, each Attendee must personally obtain their Wristband at the access lanes, and Wristbands may not be collected on behalf of other persons.

There is one Wristband per Ticket. Once you have exchanged your Ticket, you must keep your Wristband on (as placed at the access lane) throughout the entire Festival.

Any tampering with or exchange of Wristbands is prohibited.

The Wristband is the only valid element authorising the Attendee to access and remain at the Venue.

The Organising Entity shall not be responsible for the breakage, loss or improper handling of the Wristband. It is the Attendee's responsibility to keep it at all times, as its loss, tampering or breakage will result in the inability to access or remain at the Venue.

The Attendee is responsible for checking that the Wristband is properly closed when it is placed on their wrist, as a broken or tampered Wristband will under no circumstances be replaced or exchanged for another.

4.2.3. WRISTBAND ISSUES

For any issue with your Wristband, please go to the issue-management booth located inside the Venue.

  1. AGE REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSING THE FESTIVAL

The minimum age to access the Festival is 18. Minors will not be permitted to enter.

The Organising Entity reserves the right to request that the Attendee show their national identity card, passport or equivalent official documentation proving their age, both at the Venue access points and subsequently inside the Venue.

Any breach of the age restrictions may result in the Ticket holder or user being denied access to or remaining at the Venue, without any right to refund or compensation.

  1. ACCESS TO THE VENUE AND RIGHT OF ADMISSION

6.1. WRISTBAND MUST BE WORN AND IN GOOD CONDITION

To access the Venue, you must have the Wristband properly placed around your wrist. Access to or remaining at the Venue will not be permitted without a Wristband, or with Wristbands that have been visibly tampered with, damaged or broken.

The Organising Entity may restrict entry to the Venue of any object that may be dangerous, unsafe, unhealthy or whose use may contravene these Terms and Conditions.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

Full Festival Cancellation

Partial cancellations

If it is necessary to partially suspend or cancel the Festival due to (i) unforeseen circumstances, (ii) force majeure and/or (iii) any other circumstances which, being beyond the Organising Entity's control, recommend cancellation (such as safety reasons, weather alerts, prudence and/or risk to third parties), no refund will be available.

This applies to:

(i) If, once the Festival has started, it is stopped or does not finish.

(ii) If the Festival start time is delayed.

The Organising Entity reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to introduce, modify or remove measures relating to COVID-19 and other easily transmissible viruses or diseases at any time, before or during the Festival, and in particular in response to guidelines, recommendations or legislation issued by the competent authorities.

All such professionals are authorised to make recordings and capture images and sound (visual, audio or audio-visual), which may be publicly published or broadcast (by the Organising Entity or third parties) through any communication medium, including television, social media, websites, etc.

For this purpose, Attendees expressly and free of charge authorise the capture and recording of their image and/or voice during the Festival, and their subsequent distribution by the Organising Entity or third parties authorised by it through any communication medium, expressly consenting to promotional and/or commercial use of the images captured.

  1. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data provided when purchasing a Ticket or as a user of the Website will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website and applicable data protection legislation. In particular, the Organising Entity may process your data for purposes related to Ticket sales, as well as to inform you by any means about the Organising Entity's services, products and promotions, unless you indicate otherwise.

  1. LIABILITY OF THE ORGANISING ENTITY AND LIMITATIONS

Attendance at and access to the Festival are at the Attendee's own risk.
