A raíz de la publicación de las nuevas restricciones COVID comunicadas por la Generalitat el 21/12 y confirmadas por el TSJC el 23/12, nos vemos obligados a posponer  los dos eventos de elrow Barcelona del 25/12/2021 y 1/1/2022. No hay nada que nos hiciera más ilusión que pasar la Navidad y el Fin de Año en casa y con todos vosotros.

Vamos a guardar toda la energía positiva para preparar un show increíble para Carnaval, programado para el Domingo 20 de febrero de 2022 en Barcelona. 

*Debido a los cambios de fecha y calendarios de artistas estamos trabajando en ubicar a todos estos artistas en nuestras próximas fechas, pero a día de hoy no podemos asegurar exactamente los mismos line ups.

Con tu ticket de Navidad o de Fin de Año de BCN, tienes las opciones siguientes:

-Guardar tu entrada para la sesión de Carnaval del 20 de febrero de 2022. No necesitas hacer nada, podrás utilizar la misma entrada para la nueva fecha del evento.

-Solicitar el reembolso en caso de que no puedas venir. El proceso de solicitud de reembolso será del 29 de diciembre al 15 de enero de 2022, a través de nuestra plataforma oficial de venta de entradas Howler.

*En el caso de que el número de tickets guardados para la nueva fecha de Carnaval sea superior a la capacidad total del recinto de elrow BCN, reembolsaremos a un número limitado adicional de clientes, con previo aviso por email. 

Disfruta de las fiestas de Navidad, cuida de tus amig@s y de tu familia y dentro de muy poco, estaremos bailando juntos en la pista de baile de elrow Barcelona.

Following the publication of the new COVID restrictions by the local government on 21/12, we are forced to postpone the two Xmas season Barcelona events of 25/12 and 1/1/2022. We deeply regret moving these Holiday shows.
We are going to save all the positive energy to prepare an incredible show for Carnival, scheduled for Sunday, February 20, 2022. 

*Due to date changes and artist calendars, we are working on including many of these artists on the upcoming dates, but we cannot guarantee the same lineups.

With your Christmas or New Year's ticket, you have the following options:

To attend the Carnival session on February 20, 2022, your ticket is valid for the new date. You do not need to do anything else, you can use the same ticket for the new date of the event.

In case you cannot come, you can request a refund of your ticket. From December the 29th until January the 15th, refunds can be requested through our official platform of Howler ticket sales.

*If the number of ticket buyers wanting to keep their tickets is superior to the maximum capacity of the venue, further refunds will be done automatically and randomly. In the case that this happens to you, we will notify you by email.
